Mizza, DJ, singer, songwriter. At an early age, Mizza began singing, dancing and experimenting with different musical instruments. It was then that she discovered her insatiable passion for anything and everything music! However, it wasn’t until high school that she gathered up the courage to start singing in front of an audience. In college she discovered her talent for songwriting and began writing and singing her own songs.

Later, she was introduced to the world of underground electronic music and was blown away! In 2001, after waking up from a dream in which she was a DJ, she bought her first set of turntables and decided to share her passion for music with others. She started DJing in various clubs and bars throughout the Chicago area bringing her energetic blend of House, Tech-House and Electro House to anyone who would listen.

In 2005, while DJing at a party she met Jesse Rivera who was looking for a vocalist. Shortly there after, the two started working together as Supernatural under Rivera’s Soul Sonido record label. In 2008, Rivera teamed up with Jose Zaragoza to start Deep Hype Sounds, and Mizza was brought on to be a featured vocalist on the label. Mizza continues to DJ and is also part of the trio Chicago House Syndicate.
